WATER ANALYSIS

Whether it is the hardness (dissolved calcium carbonate expressed in ppm) or the pH level, it is essential to know the properties of the water used in the applications.

Alkaline pH can interfere with the biological activity of products and turbidity due to clays or suspended organic matter.

Protocol for getting water samples.

1- CHANNEL Water

  • Collect circulating water, never stagnant.

  • Avoid suspended solids.

2- Water from WELL or TANK

  • Let the water circulate for 3 minutes until it comes out clear.

  • Collect the sample.

TECHNICAL VERIFICATION

For safe and efficient applications, the components of the machine's spray circuit must be in perfect condition.

TRAINING

We offer three training modules focused on environmental and operator safety, mixture compatibility and application quality.

DRIFT SIMULATOR

Our drift simulation machine demonstrates the effects of drift on sprays. We simulated different variables such as wind, water pressure and four different types of peaks to demonstrate the effects of drift in conventional applications.

We take the machine to the field so that stakeholders can accurately analyze the available tools to avoid the risk of drift contamination.

FIELD COMPATIBILITY LABORATORY

Our team of experts in phytosanitary formulation can attend and solve compatibility problems in the field.

We have laboratory elements and different types of assets to achieve the solution to incompatibility problems. In addition, we demonstrate the efficiency of Ligier Grass Bio, the adjuvant that forms a microemulsion to avoid cutting risks.

FIELD TRIALS

For more than 15 years, we have been testing our products in the field and relying on Ligier's control efficiency.

Our technical team has a toolkit to perform field trials with hydrosensitive cards, card reader, program to analyze the impacts achieved and an analysis that adjusts the dose according to the variables of each field.
